Suggestions (-1 star): Be more eco-friendly by reducing the receipt contents (see my photo for the very long receipt - all for just 1 item). Make it easier for customers to sign up for membership on the check-out counter tablet itself (perhaps by just requiring us to enter our phone number, entering the OTP).

Went to Jem outlet on 14 Nov to shop for winter travel. We were both very happy n impressed by your staff Ms EZY with her superb customer service and her wealth of knowledge. As we were not sure on where to start, Ms EZY approached n directed us to the relevant aisles. With each item we picked, she explained the how why n when. Told us to weigh the pros n cons before deciding. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Ms EZY You are an asset to UNIQLO!
Huge store with 2 levels of clothes. Affordable and good quality. Love the self checkout counters. Embedding RFID tags on the price tags is a brilliant idea. Made shopping an amazing experience. Was shocked by how accurate the items were identified and calculated without manual scanning of products.

A great place to shop for affordable, quality clothes for the whole family. The t-shirts are so comfy and feel so good on the skin. There is also a decent range of trendy and quality sports wear for women. Their bargain/special offer corners are also a must to explore.
Many thanks to Huici and her manager who were able to help me with an issue caused by the unprofessional suntec staff. Either they were trying to charge me a higher price on items or simply not familiar with their return/exchange systems/policy. Hasnt had good impression of the suntec store in the past, from now on will avoid even going. Otherwise uniqlo jem always has a good selection, only hoping they bring in the range of pdts that are currently only available in ion/313
